Your Papikondalu One Night Two Days Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Upon reaching Rajahmundary on your own you have to report to our office by 7:00 Am in the morning. The Tour begins from our Office. You will be taken to the boating point which is 35 Kilometers away. There are three Boating Points Pattiseema, Puroshottapatnam and Polavaram.
You will check in to the AC boat and you will served with Breakfast. You will reach Gandi Pochamma Temple which around 30 KMs from the boating point. You will also come across Devipatnam and can see the remains of the Police Station which was attacked by freedom fighter Alluri Sita Ram Raju
In the noon you will be served with vegeterain andhra food. After lunch you will reach the most panoramic view Papikondalu . You are on Holy river Godavari which is separating East Godavari, West Godavari and Khamam . Then you will reach Perentapalli Tribal Village.You will visit Rama Krishna Muni Vatika which was creation of Late Poojya Swamy Balananda Sarswati in 1927, followed by darshan of Swayambu Lingakara Sri Veereswa Swamy and after local sight seeing we will proceed for Camp Site.
You Reach Bamboo Huts or Kolleru by evening. This place is beauty in itself. You are on the bank of River Godavari and can see the river flowing with all its strength. This place will certainly entice you with its beauty and charm.
Evening you will have Camp Fire followed Andhra Vegeterian or Non Vegeterian Buffet food. Night stay in Bamboo Huts.

Day 2

Today morning we will have sightseeing in the jungle by walk. There after you willbe served with breakfast. After Breakfast you can choose to explore the island of your own. Return to Rajahmundary by 8:30 pm.

Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel Your Tour

You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. Between 20-15 days of departure: 75 percent of tour cost
15 days to date of departure: 100 percent
In case of no show: 100 percent. The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged by the third party service provider

If We Change or Cancel Your Tour

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather etc)
We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour has not already commenced
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES IN THE ITINERARY
The itinerary describes the then available services as accurately as possible. However, factors and circumstances beyond its control like traffic problems, weather conditions, fairs, festivals, sport events, political/religious gatherings, strikes, change of management/closure of hotels/restaurants, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sight seeing may result in changes in the services / itineraries. The Company therefore, reserves the absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the Tour Package, Itineraries, Tour Schedule, the Travel Plan and sightseeing. If the changes are known sufficiently in advance the same would be notified to the Client, otherwise the local representative of the Company would inform the Client of the changes on the spot.

In case the alternate arrangements made are materially superior as compared to the ones described in the Itinerary, we may charge extra for the same anytime. The services to which the Client is entitled to are described in the itinerary and/or the price grid or the concerned Invoice as the case may be.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES AND EXCLUDES
Please refer to the relevant hyper link on the package result page to understand for each individual package. For each Itinerary, all services will be as per those specified against the individual product,

HOTELS
The Company recommends that not more than 3 persons share a double room, as a triple room is normally of the same size as a double room. In case of a triple room, the third bed is a rollaway bed or cot.

CHILD RATES
A child traveling for whom "without-a-bed" charge has been paid would not be entitled to a separate bed in the hotel. In case "with bed" charge has been paid for the child and the Client decides not to avail such facility whilst on tour, he would not be entitled to any refund. In case the Client decides to seek extra bed for the child booked on "without bed" basis on the tour subject to availability, then he shall be bound to pay additional amount charged by the concerned hotel directly.

MEALS
On tour meals, are as mentioned per the Itinerary and will be as Hotel Menu. The Company, however, reserves the right to change the meal arrangement, if circumstances make it necessary to do so. The Company cannot guarantee a special meal / diet for the Client. If the Client misses or refrains from availing any meal arranged by the Company due to his reasons, there would be no refund.

Where client makes a request in writing at the time of booking for a special meal / diet, company would make an effort for the same. However, the Company shall not be held liable if the same is not provided.

The Breakfast if mentioned in the room cost will be provided at the coffee shop/Area designated by the Hotel during breakfast operation hours (in between 0730 hrs- 1000 hrs) only. Any requirement beyond the hours of operation would be subject to additional charge

BAGGAGE
The Client traveling by air would be subject to the airline restrictions / limitations on baggage weight / size / number, currently which for Economy Class is 20 Kg per person. As porter age is not included in the tour price and due to limited space for luggage in the vehicle, it is recommended that the Client should carry one single suitcase per person of a size of 158 cms. (Width + length + height) preferably with wheels, for the sake of convenience.

Baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the Client. It is advisable that the Client does not carry valuables on the tour. However, if the Client carries any valuables, the same should preferably be kept in the Safe Deposit Lockers, that are commonly available in most of the hotels.

LIABILITY
In the event of any Force Majeure, Visakha Tourism /Hotels/our associate suppliers shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages or claim either by You/your Company or any 2nd or 3rd Party. We request you to indemnify Visakha Tourism /Hotel/Our associate Suppliers against the same.

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client in case of any loss of life, limb or property, sickness, delay, discomfort, additional expenses incurred by the Client, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind suffered by client howsoever caused arising out of any act, omission, default of any Independent Contractor or by any servant or agent employed by the Independent Contractor or third person who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, meals, transportation, entertainment, refreshment, denial of entry to any place of worship, or any other service comprising the tour package.

Failure on the part of airline to accommodate passengers despite having confirmed tickets or cancellation or change of route or delay of flights.

In any case, no liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.

The immunities provided under this contract to the company shall be available to the Company's Managers, including Tour Managers, Employees, Servants and Agents but not to the Independent Contractors selected by the Company.

Visakha Tourism is acting, as a Booking Agent and do not owns any Hotels, Transport and other service providers. In No circumstances, Visakha Tourism shall hold any responsibility for the aspect of the arrangements provided by the service providers.

Visakha Tourism shall not be liable for the damages or losses that may result from Travel to destinations offered in the packages.

Visakha Tourism reserve the right to Alter, Amend; modify the Tour Programs due to any unforeseen circumstances. Incase of any increase in the prices due to alternate arrangements, any supplements if incurred will be charged extra.

Any dispute will be settled within the guidelines framed by Visakha Tourism and in Mumbai High court only.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
The Client would have to strictly follow the Tour Program. In case a client along with his companions is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including injury, illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of money paid for unutilized services. If a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever, his booking shall be treated as NO SHOW on the tour and 100% cancellation charges would be levied.

The Clients shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travelers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, the co-travelers or others. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Standard check in time is 1400 hours and standard checkout time is 12 Noon. The same may differ for certain countries and hotels. All early check in and late check out requests have to be handled by the clients directly with the hotels. These requests are at the discretion of the hotels and are always subject to availability. The charges towards the same need to be paid by the clients as per the hotel`s policy.

VALDITY OF THE RATES & SERVICES:
The rates mentioned are valid only for the mentioned period. The rates are subject to change without any notice.

All the confirmed booking is NON TRANSFERABLE to the family members/friends/colleagues in case you change/cancel your travel plans due to any reason. Fresh booking will be done in case your family member/friends/colleagues wish to travel on that particular day/period.

SUPPLEMENTS:
There is a compulsory dinner supplement during Christmas/New Year period as per various Hotel Policy at various cities. The same will be applicable to you.
