Simhachalam Temple :The loccation of the temple is breathtaking itself. You reach simhachalam after taking a ride of stiff ghati road (Hilly Road). Simhachalam means the Hill of Lions. The temple refers to the 11th Century Lord Narsimha - an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. It is advisable to visit the temple in the morning.

Ramanaidu Film City : Stiff mountain lush green surroundings and face opening to Sea. Well that is what is Rama Naidu Film Studio all about. The location is picture perfect. All through the year visitors come to see the studio. For Photo Lovers the location will be quite fascinating.

Rishikonda Beach :Golden Sand, Turquoise sea , Lush Green mountains. You Guessed it !! It is Rishikonda Beach. It is one of the beautiful beaches that the City of Destiny takes the credit of. The Beauty of the location attracts many tourists and it is a must see place. You can take boat rides here organised by AP Tourism and private operators. This beach has high currents and swimming ,skiing or water sports is not advisable.

Kailash Giri : Huge Siva-Parvathi statue comes to your mind. Kailashgiri in Visakhapatnam is Hill Top park. The beauty of the location is that it is surrounded with Lush green mountains from three sides and the face opening to the sea (Bay of Bengal). One can't resist the panoramic view. The ropeway is an instant hit. Many of the tourists choose to take the ropeway to reach the hilltop. While in the ropeway one can see the entire Vizag and the ever ending Bay of Bengal. The experience is exhilarating.
On the entrance one can see a huge carved gate with much appreciated work on it. And Titanic View Point is again a no miss point!!

Tenneti Park A beautiful cute small park. Tenneti Park is located on the foot of Kailash Giri facing the Bay of Bengal. This park is named after Mr Tenneti Viswanadham who was an Freedon Fighter and the person behind modern shore based Steel Plant in Visakhapatnam. Tennati Park is a location where you can relax your mind body and soul, with breezy winds through out the year.

Rama Krishna Beach It is the most visited Sea Beach in Vizag. It is well connected to all the travel options. It is nice location to spend some quality time with your family. It has mind blowing scenic view of Bay Bengal. The beach seems never ending. Some time you may feel the horizon and Sea meeting. And we bet that will be a moment for you!!

• Within 20-15 days of departure: 75 percent of tour cost
• 15 days to the tour departure: 100 percent
• In case of no show up: 100 percent. The above may vary upon specific cancellation charges as charged by the third party service provider

• Usually we do plan the arrangements prior hand. And in case of some Natural calamities cancellation charge will be charged upon third party cancellation charges.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather, Bandhs strikes etc)
• On the first hand we will try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour has not already started.
• If the tour has already started, then we will refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you.
• In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the cost we charged as the tour fees and applicable tour hosting charge will be levied.

In the event of any Force Majeure, Visakha Tourism /Hotels/our associate suppliers shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages or claim either by You/your Company or any 2nd or 3rd Party. We request you to indemnify Visakha Tourism /Hotel/Our associate Suppliers against the same.

The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable towards Client in event of any loss of life, limb or property, sickness, delay, discomfort, additional expenses incurred by the Client, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind| suffered by client howsoever caused arising out of any act, omission, default of any Independent Contractor or by any servant or agent utilized by the Independent Contractor or 3rd person who could be engaged or concerned within the provision of accommodation, meals, transportation, entertainment, refreshment, denial entry to location of worship, or any other program comprising the tour package.

In any case, no liability over a part on the Company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid to your tour holiday, and shall in no situation include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.

The immunities provided under this towards the company shall be accessible for the Company's Managers, for example Tour Managers, Employees, Servants and Agents but not towards the Independent Contractors selected by the Company.

Visakha Tourism is a Booking Agent and does not owns any Hotels, Transport along with other program providers. In No circumstances, Visakha Tourism shall held responsible for the aspect in the arrangements provided by the program providers.

Visakha Tourism shall not be liable to your damages or losses that may result from Travel to destinations offered within the packages.

Visakha Tourism reserve the right to Alter, Amend; modify the Tour Programs due to any unforeseen circumstances. Incase of any { increase in the costs due to a result of} alternate arrangements, any supplements if incurred are going to be charged extra.

Any dispute will be settled under guidelines framed by Visakha Tourism and in Visakhapatnam High court only.
